Tall Trees Condominium Association is a legally incorporated association established under Florida law, responsible for the governance, management, and maintenance of the Tall Trees community in North Miami Beach.
Our primary mission is to:

✅Provide transparency and open communication with unit owners
This website is maintained in compliance with Florida Statute 718.111(12), which requires condominium associations to provide unit owners with secure, online access to official records, including budgets, financials, meeting minutes, and other legally required documents.
